MOTIVATION. You will see where you started and how far you have came. As you log your daily and weekly progress you will see that you are getting closer and closer to your goal and that you are improving. This will motivate you to keep pushing and keep you committed to the plan.

EFFICIENT. Tracking can also keep you more effective and save you time. Each day we workout we use our progress from week to week. Tracking allows you to see the weight/reps you need for the workout, how you did the week prior. This will save a lot of time. You won’t be wasting time trying to find the correct weight you need for a certain lift or miss judge the amount of reps you should be doing.
