20/15 cals on bike
max calorie rower
max double unders
*rest 3:00 between rounds

*parnter 1 starts on bike and bikes 20/15 cals while partner 2 is working on max calories and partner 3 is working on max double unders. When partner 1 finishes the team will rotate. Partner 1 goes to 2, partner 2 goes to 3 and partner 3 goes to 1. When everyone has done the bike your team will rest 3:00 then start next round. teams score will be number of calories rowed and nimber of double unders.
