Renegade Training Systems work for any individual wanting fun and simple workouts. Whether you prefer strength focused workouts, strength and Conditioning workouts or just all around fitness workouts, we have tracks for all three.
RENEGADE TRAINING SYSTEMS WORKOUTS
Renegade Training Systems workouts are always different. We run 8-12 week cycles, each with new goals through out the year to keep you motivated and from burning out. Our workouts give you the freedom to workout no matter the time, the space or equipment available. We stick to a minimalist approach to training and keep all the fluff out.

FIRST:

SECOND:
Open this website and choose the track you want to follow and put in the passcode that is given to you at the beginning of the month.
THIRD:
Decide what track you are going to follow based on your goals. Change what track workouts you follow or do anytime you want. See track info below.

THE POWERFIT TRACK
The PowerFit Track is our strength-builder track, blending power lifts and bodybuilding together for one great workout. PowerFit is 3-4 days of simple and effective strength focused workouts that will have you stronger than ever. You will also get 1-2 days of optional high intensity/low intensity conditioning each week. You will be looking like and moving like a superhero. These strength workouts are fun, challenging and programmed to keep you motivated. This is not your typical strength and accessory programming. Renegade Training Systems takes a minimalist, but very effective and tested approach. This will allow you to look good, feel good and have time for family and fun outside of the gym.
EACH DAY INCLUDES
- Warmup to prime you for the days work
- Substitutions for movements and equipment
- 4 levels to fit the individual’s personal needs and fitness level

HIT-FIT TRACK
HIT-FIT Track is our high intensity all around fitness track. HIT-FIT is 3-4 days of simple and effective well rounded high intensity fitness workouts that will have you in the best shape of your life. You will have multiple equipment options. Each workout is programmed to keep things fun and motivating. Renegade Training Systems takes a minimalist, but very effective and tested approach. This will allow you to look good, feel good and have time for family and fun outside of the gym.

LIFT HEAVY – MOVE FAST
The Lift Heavy – Move Fast Track is our strength and conditioning track. LHMF is 3-5 days of workouts that effectively combines power lifts/Olympic lifts, metabolic conditioning workouts and bodybuilding together for one overall super program. You will be looking like and moving like a superhero in no time. These strength and conditioning workouts are fun, challenging and programmed to keep you motivated. This is not your typical strength, conditioning, and accessory programming. Renegade Training Systems takes a minimalist, but very effective and tested approach. This will allow you to look good, feel good and have time for family and fun outside of the gym.
